Casinos includes William Hill, DraftKings, FanDuel, Unibet, Betway, Genting, Pokerstars. Evolution offers the worlds’ largest gaming studios. The studios house more than 900 physical Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat etc tables served by employees. I have over the years been responsible for the portfolio of games made available to playing customers. This role requires a profound knowledge of the industry. Tasks have included: • Responsible for the games content, features and back office functionality. • Produce and communicating the casino and games product strategy. • Overall responsible for the priorities for products and project management including road mapping and release plans. • Make sure new great game concepts and features come to life. All new games and improvements were developed by teams directly reporting. • Responsible for the team developing risk, fraud and advantage-play tools. • Management and supervision of 9 product owners, 2 business analysts and 2 localisation managers. • The product owners were managing 13 scrum teams with around 150 people. • Processes and guidelines for perfect implementation of games. • Overall responsible for game and product design process. • Hands-on responsible for mathematics (Masters in Mathematics) for all Live Dealer games. • Provide and share expert knowledge on the games and gaming industry. • Market and business analyses, analyse trends in the gaming market, review the competitive landscape and analyse player behaviour and game performance. I joined a development team of 9 people supported by 100 dealers, a decade later we have grown to over employees.
