Responsible for taking the Technician\'s requests for Jobs, Tools, and Truck Stock. Create the purchase orders for the Great Plains, IFS, and JDE. Fill the reports for Jobs and Tools Purchase Orders. Prepare special reports on GP and IFS as requested. • Responsible for 500+ Field Technician\'s Finvari P-Card daily transactions. Follow up on the transactions that need documents such as invoices, sales orders, packing lists as proof of the items, and prices bought/paid. Assist when their cards are locked. Bring support from vendors when technicians can\'t provide enough purchase information.• Responsible for Matching Invoices on GP, IFS, and JDE. Solve any discrepancies with vendors. Get the Project Manager\'s approval when necessary to validate the technicians\' purchases. • Expand the contact information of the ACCO vendor\'s sales and accounts receivables. Maintain an excellent relationship with them to bring support to ACCO technicians.
