ABOUT EVELYN C.
My current role as an Operations Manager at an Investment and Management firm has inspired me to pursue a career in Operations. Being involved and overseeing all aspects of a company is an eye-opening experience that I am grateful to have such a pivotal impact and ability to contribute to. My focus is to not only enhance the company\'s productivity but to also identify areas that could be hindering the flow of this. My ability to restructure and reorganize the internal policies and procedures of the company aim to promote this, while ensuring that the company is continuously working towards and meeting all quarterly goals. With this in mind, I am continuously searching for various operating methods and/or new partnerships that will better both our internal operations and exceed our yearly initiatives. Both my education and my professional experience up until now have provided me the background to pursue this path and I am excited for all that the future holds in this field.
