Provide leadership and supervision of the Data Management and Reporting Team, ensuring their growth and development while achieving our collective goal of reducing homeless by 19% since 2021.• Oversee the CoC’s Data Quality Management Plan, improvement strategies, and privacy and security standards, reducing data quality errors by 48% overall.• Provide leadership over strategies to improve customer experience and ease of use of the HMIS to assist agencies in the planning, coordination, and management of the HMIS; and to provide technical support and training to participating agencies.• Oversee the maintenance of HMIS-related policies and procedures, including User Agreements, Agency Participation Agreements, and Administrative Policies and Procedures.• Oversee staff responsible for training, homeless data analysis, visualization, and presentation for reporting related to federal, state, and local needs.• Ensures the timely review, reporting, and submission of all HUD, Federal, local, State, and Private reports. Remain current with HMIS HUD standards and updates.
