I am an experienced senior manager with experience in a wide range of arenas across industry and the public sector. I have experience in procurement, particularly in the defence sector and in project and programme management. I have worked on and led various projects including technology implementation, infrastructure change, policy and integration, training and development, innovative new procurements and the maintenance of commercial developments. I bring this wide array of experience to all my work and ensure that the needs of the individual are met along with developing the teams I work with to ensure the most effective outcome is met. I go the extra mile to ensure that projects can go forward at the right speed and in the right direction.I am also an Officer in the Royal Naval Reserve and blend the professional knowledge and experience gained in that area with my day job to ensure I can focus well on any need.
