Since co-founding eleven-x, each day brings something new. While I still revel in software engineering and team building, I and my partner Ryan find ourselves in the roles of marketers, salesmen, negotiators, recruiters, business planners and analysts. We constantly get to meet new and interesting business leaders as explore exciting technologies and ideas.We have been fortunate to have the opportunities to collaborate in fields such as M2M, wearables, intellectual property and robotics. We are thrilled to have been able to hire a team of world class LTE engineers and get back to protocol stack development. With such a great team, eleven-x and our customers are going to do great things. Moving in the Accelerator Centre in Waterloo has put eleven-x in great environment that will help fuel our success.

Technical Leader with 20 years’ experience developing embedded communications software, including 14 years developing 3GPP protocols for the cellular modems in BlackBerry’s devices.Experience- Co-founder of eleven-x, took company from concept to team of 7 employees and major contract signed in 7 months- Founding member of the BlackBerry Wireless modem team helping introduce mobile data to the world- Delivered over 50 handsets to market that sold 180 million units to 500 carriers throughout the world- Managed teams of high performance embedded developers from size 4 to 45 with > 90% staff retention- Senior Director helping set direction, strategy and process for the department of 300+ I love collaborating to build great things.
