As a Principal Consultant, I work with development companies to help them develop the right product efficiently. My focus is on the introduction of requirements management & engineering in development companies with the help of assessments, seminars, workshops and coaching. The focus here is on important initial pilot projects, which then lead to company-wide process improvement measures in order to establish RM & E in development companies in the long term. I conduct tool selection processes for RM tools, develop concepts for the realisation and introduction of DP solutions integrating tools from the entire development process. In addition, I have successfully managed roll-outs and process developments of requirements management, including related process disciplines such as project and test management, change management, system modelling, supplier data exchange, etc, especially in the automotive industry. Knowledge in modelling techniques completes my profile. As an experienced trainer, he passes on his diverse knowledge, e.g. also as an accredited trainer for the course \"Certified Professional Requirements Engineering, Foundation Level). For more than 10 years, I have also been working in agile contexts as an agile coach or trainer to support development companies in achieving their goals.
