As the IBHS Business Manager, this role supports the Chief Nurse Executive in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic analysis for the Integrated Behavioral Health Service Area. The position ensures fiscal accuracy, develops and monitors multi-program budgets, and provides financial insights to drive data-informed decision-making and operational improvement.Key responsibilities include managing budgets, expense tracking, billing systems, purchasing, contract administration, and KPI reporting across behavioral health programs. The Business Manager collaborates closely with directors, supervisors, and Associate Service Area Directors to align financial performance with organizational goals.Additional duties include administering federal, state, and county contracts; managing drawdowns and reimbursements; and ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements. The role supports grant development by preparing budgets, financial narratives, and post-award fiscal reporting to funding entities.The Business Manager also coordinates facility and capital improvement projects, ensures compliance with safety and ADA standards, and serves as the IT purchasing liaison for technology inventory and cost allocation.Proficient in accounting systems such as Blackbaud and ABM, this role emphasizes data accuracy, fiscal accountability, and process efficiency. Through strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, the IBHS Business Manager contributes to the overall financial health, sustainability, and strategic growth of the behavioral health service area.
