I am a member of the Board of Management at Bosch, overseeing the Bosch Energy and Building Solutions business sector. This includes Building Technologies, Bosch Home Comfort Group, and our Smart Home subsidiary. The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services. It employs roughly 417,900 associates worldwide. The company generated sales of 90.5 billion euros in 2024. My passion lies in driving sustainability, fostering culture transformation, and in my role as a leader to empower individuals to achieve extraordinary results. Having learned 7 languages, I thrive on building relationships across cultures, as I am convinced that diversity brings value to every community. Privately, I\'m all about family, I just love to spend time with my two children, or a relaxing time together with good friends or a stimulating book. As an avid runner, I find calm in the rhythm of my footsteps, allowing me to recharge and reflect on new ideas. I love to travel to learn about and from as many different cultures as possible.
