Subject Matter Expert: o Primary point of contact for new and existing privacy regulations and controls; o Monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to cybersecurity and privacy; o Providing guidance to other Business Units and advice to IBM\'s executive committees; o Writer and lecturer on privacy (please see posts herein). o Managing global challenges – e.g, global transfers of PI, multiple jurisdiction obligations, data subject rights.
