I oversee the imports for the 3rd largest importer. This includes the Metrics and KPI reporting on a weekly basis. This covers the entries as well as all PSC\'s. I also act as an internal compliance contact and offer support to external and internal clients on HTS, FTA\'s, HTS and many other areas on importing. Recently have undergone a 4 month internal lean management course that provided us with tools to better manage the work flow and help identify an resolve pain points to include capacity management.
