I lead marketing and communications for a multi-academy trust, working closely with 35 schools to build brand awareness, support pupil admissions, and strengthen engagement with families, staff and wider communities.My role includes developing and delivering the Trust’s marketing and communications strategy, managing activity across schools, and reporting to senior leaders. I oversee pupil admissions marketing, helping schools meet their intake targets to support long-term success and sustainability.Manage the Trust’s online presence, from social media strategy and content creation to paid and organic campaigns, using insight and analytics to inform decisions. I also support staff recruitment through targeted digital and offline marketing, working closely with HR to improve candidate experience.Lead on brand development and asset creation, working with both internal teams and external agencies to maintain a consistent visual and messaging style across all channels. This includes managing the Trust website, overseeing content, SEO, analytics, and agency relationships.I coordinate communication strategies and manage stakeholder communications, including PR through external partners. I also lead major Trust-wide projects such as the annual Partnership Awards, bringing together attendees from across our schools.Alongside this, I oversee the delivery of a programme of events and opportunities for children across our 35 schools, working with our engagement coordinator to strengthen connections with pupils, families, and staff.Oversee the work of the engagement coordinator to support connectivity with staff, children, families and prospective families. Ensuring that there is coordination of the central team in the engagement in wider school life.
