In charge of the introduction of new products and changes of packaging, artwork and formulation at the site level and to deliver the projects on time/in full (OTIF). Currently in charge of 110 projects.• Create and manage a cross functional team including Marketing, PDC / LTS, planning and master data to successfully meet agreed milestones and deliver the project on time in full• Develop and manage a project plan with scope, risks, timings and resources identified (for NPI and MOC transfers)• Manage risks and develop contingencies where needed• Monitor progress (follow up meetings) and performance against the project plan and communicate on the status, issues and risks of the project• Serve as point of escalation and escalate issues to the Central / Sr. project manager for resolution where needed• Manage deletions plans for FINIs, SEFIs, raws and packs at the site• Manage master data set up and maintenance• Perform stakeholder management to ensure these are informed and involved where and if needed
