From my conception & initiation in 2009, this second Windfarm achieved Planning in Nov 2017 for 8 Turbine, 25.6 MW Windfarm in UK worth £124m over 25 year life (currently on sale for £130m). Leadership and Coordination of owners, developers, lawyers, accountants and land agents, including selection, negotiation of deals to successful completion and ongoing management oversight. The Windfarm is now being extended, with contract and Planning renegotiation, for 9 turbines and 56 MW capacity. A Third Windfarm has also been initiated by me and is in Planning, with additional 74MW capacity. I have been working with a team of advisers in contract negotiations and coordination of this project.• Advising on Renewable Energy projects in Canada, Germany and UK• Formation of an Enterprise Investment Scheme Platform with Investry• Business Planning, Due Diligence, Project analysis and Solution DevelopmentDirector (NED) of Ashweir Ltd (Private Equity and Equity investments) and Director of EVSS Forestry Ltd (Forestry, Windfarm and Equity Investments). Highly-skilled commercial director with exceptional success and experience in business development, marketing, innovation, sales and relationship management. Proven multi-million-pound contract wins across several business sectors and countries, taking new concepts from inception to dynamic growth and successful exit. Initiated three large land-based windfarms, Griffin (156 MW), with one completed in 2012, one taken through Planning and Grid Capacity in 2020 and currently being massively extended, while the third is in the earlier Planning Application stage. Also, Director of a Forestry business with a strategy of expansion where I have actively acquired new forest lands and developed them, with approval of the other Directors, over 23 years and subsequent change of strategy to capitalise on the over-priced market, gradually selling into the peak. Developed an arts production, marketing and sales business, Brilliant Brushstrokes Ltd, to critical acclaim with many exhibitions. Developed a Theatre Production Company, Fiery Angel Ltd, still one of the pre-eminent Producers in the West End. Built a Mobile Phone business from Concept to working model for Me2B as part of the Management buy-in team. This included business analysis and planning, presentation and fund-raising, project finance, contract management, procurement, commercial management, logistics, marketing, social media campaign, advertising, PR management, sales and Client Relationship Management, and business sales.
