SportMed is an ambulatory patient clinic focus on sport medicine and sport trauma along with pathologies in sport science areas such as psychology, nutrition.· Successfully achieved the FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence (FMCE) by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).· Obtained the Sports Medicine Collaborating Clinic (CCSM) by the Federation of International of Sport Medicine (FIMS). Achieved both FIFA and FIMS certifications of excellence for Sport Med becoming so the fourth clinic worldwide to hold both certifications. · Won the international competition to host the FIMS congress of 2022 in Guadalajara, Mexico. Congress with an average attendance of people. · Organised a FIFA medical conference in 2010 to discuss upcoming solutions in sport medicine by inviting all the certified clinics to be part of it, including board directors. · Assigned as the medical advisor of Mexican Olympic athletes of Volleyball and Tae know Do. · Selected as the medical advisor for different UFC fighters from the club Grupo Lobos MMA.· Dedicated medical advisor to the following marathons: Atlas de Guadalajara, San Javier Club Privado, Guadalajara Marathon and the most recent and largest the Mexico City Marathon in 2009.· Worked with different American football, soccer and basketball teams such as: Chivas, Atlas, Tigres de la Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Leon, Carneros, Cardenales, Tequileros de Jalisco, Bravos team.

ABOUT FRANCISCO ARROYO
Dr Arroyo is a Sport Medicine Doctor from Sport Medicine Grant in Columbus, Ohio,USA.He has worked in sports medicine with professional,amateur and olimpic athletes from a variety of sports, including amateur and professional soccer teams, American football, professional basketball, Olympic volleyball,tae kwon do teams,professional UFC fighters,etc.He focuses on the athletes pathologies and also on Regenerative treatments (MSC,PRP,etc.)related to physiology and osteodegeneratives diseases. He lectures and publishes research on sport medicine area and also on regenerative and antiageing medicine.He was also Medical Director for Mexico for Gatorade for 15 years having all the coordination of investigation work plus all educational programs for the company. He was member of the Gatorade Sport Science Institute (GSSI) Latinamerica Board.He is the founder and Medical Director of Sport Med Medical Centre in Guadalajara, Mexico (1998), during these period he and his team work achieved to be certified by FIFA as FMCE and FIMS as CCSM in Mexico.Dr Arroyo finished the Football medicine Diploma from FIFA and also a Regenerative Medicine subspecialty in Universidad Anahuac and is also a medical instructor of soccer medicine and a doping officer control for FIFA worldwide.He is a former reviewer of International British Journal of Sport Medicine, also from Revista Internacional de Futbol y Ciencia from the Costa Rica University and actually collaborates with Faculty Opinions Board as well as Editorial Panel member for CPQ Orthopaedics journal.In the last 6 years, he has focused on Regenerative Medicine, doing clinical studies along with laboratories from USA and Mexico on how to developed hyaline cartilage from stem cells from different origins and treatments for other medical pathologies such as Alzheimer, Diabetes, etc.He also has been doing clinical applications of growth factors ans stem cells using Orthobiologic methods fort orthopedics, trauma and others medical pathologies.He gained the title of medical advisor for developing anti-ageing and doping-free supplements and continue working in the regenerative and supplementation areas.He continues writing a weekly column as a journalist in Mural newspaper with topics related to antiageing,regenerative and sport medicine areasHe has finished a Certificate of Completion of the Data Science of Healthcare, Medicine, and Public Health.Actually is the Venue Medical Officer for Guadalajara Venue FIFA World Cup 2026 taking care of all the medical aspects related with FIFA during the competition
