ABOUT FRANCISCA K.

My former boss used to call me a Social Ninja 🤺. According to him, my thirst for knowledge and digital knowhow makes me a \"go-to person\" in the organisation. As a matter of fact, I am passionately curious about the little things in life, be it a random spike in data, new technology, or our mind. But most of all I love learning about us and our ability to relate connect and react to different types of emotions, communications and environmental factors. This passion flourished as I started working with my teams on creating a social presence for brands and learned in-depth about global cultural narratives and its connection to communication strategies during my tenure at TBWA \\ India. Crunching data and observing social trends and triggers have helped me craft a pertinent brand narrative, plan growth strategies which are in line with the client\'s vision & business goals. Throughout my career, I have traversed in various disciplines of Digital Marketing working on different roles and creating localised and national level digital campaigns-Product learning strategy -Brand Building -Brand communication & Social Growth strategy -Paid Media Marketing -Design Engagement campaigns -Influencer Outreach Campaigns -Mapping consumer trends -Brand Reputation Monitoring & streamlining CRM processes To sum up my role,\"I help Brands participate in the culture and create Brand love\". Help Corporates, Brands & Entrepreneurs build brand value and grow their online presence. I think I am ready to take more responsibilities and be an integral part of the marketing team.
