Working closely with a group of SME(subject matter expert) within Aberdeen Drilling Excellence Centre - GDF Functional support base; Focus on high value operations.• Custodian of all GDF Drilling Policies, procedures, recommended practices, guidelines on Company operational Standards. • Prioritize support/involvement based on value, cost and risk to GDF Suez.• Agree priority assignment with the asset and deliverables based on the assigned priority.High Priority Assets/Wells • Get involved early in the well planning and carry out detailed review of the detailed plans, well design, time/cost estimates and operating procedures via the Standard Well Examination checklist. • Communicate concerns and improvement opportunities to the asset.• Develop, enhance and maintain knowledge of the asset by reviewing historical drilling performance etc.• Attend all TCM and other drilling related meetings held by operator.• Build strong working relationships with the operator and partner drilling personnel.All Assets/Wells• Review and validate operators cost estimates.• Monitor ongoing drilling operations on a daily basis.• Attend TCM or other partner meetings when requested to do so by the asset.• Attend all asset well meetings and other meetings as requested
