Head of delegation the French Red Cross in Central African Republic since 2023.Chemical engineer (Food technology) by initial training, I worked for five years for the Guinea Water Company as technical manager. I received a scholarship which allowed me to specialize in a french major college then I obtained my Master\'s degree in water and sanitation services management. My ambition has always been to become an aid worker. To join international NGOs and let me reach me goal, I graduated a second Master degree in International Program Development at the French Institut for International and Strategic Affairs. I started as an intern in the head quater of the french Red Cross to finally reach the position of head of delegation. He worked especially in Haïti, Chad, DR Congo, Burkina and Central African Republic. I left the technical position for operation coordination position. After several missions and positions (project manager, WASH coordinator, field coordinator, deputy head of delegation in charge of programs and now Head of delegation), I’m able to work both in emergency and development contexts with the following main skills : Ressources management (HR, finance and logistic); Substantial experience of strategic thinking; Extensive knowledge and experience of project planning and budget holding, proposal and report writing; Safety, Security, humanitarian acces and crises management; Representation and relationship with parteners, intitutions and funders.
