Quick Real Estate Funding was launched at the request of my real estate investors wanting someone they can trust in the Private Money space. They wanted simple guidelines, honesty, and fast closings. No tax returns or pay stubs required, 680 fico or higher (650-679 fico on a case by case basis). Our non owner-occupied funding was created specifically for Real Estate Investors and Flippers.
