I lead the mainframe business for the Italian market for a portfolio of hardware and software products, managing both the technical and sales communities. My duties include achieving a sustainable revenue target by consolidating and expanding the installed base by leveraging the ecosystems; launch of new products; develop professional growth paths, for all the technicians, hiring and developing early professional resources to revitalize the team. The goal is to implement the new HW and SW strategy, utilizing the new capability of the AI and Hybrid Cloud technologies, which focuses on customer success and drives the team towards challenging objectives. So far, all this has been achieved with notable results, exceeding the assigned targets.
