SAP IS-U & CRM Specialist with a hybrid background in Energy & Utilities processes and digital customer experience. I worked on billing, POD and invoicing flows in SAP IS-U, focusing on application support, functional analysis and process digitalization. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori gave me insight into migration processes.
