Oversee, manage and coordinate all onsite construction projects; in-house, or contracted.• Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance program to maintain all hotel rooms to their Forbes 4 Star standards and all essential building equipment to OEM specifications.• Coordinate as well as perform training for departmental employees on safety, procedures, skilled labors, etc.• Manage all building operations such as water shut downs, central plant operations and Fire Control Center.• Create and establish new departmental policies and procedures.• Ensure high quality operation of building infrastructures such as mechanicals, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life and safety.• Responsible for maintaining department budgets, P&L’s and capital expenditures. • Assisted in establishing and currently oversee the electronic work order system to maintain departmental organization and ensure timely completion of day-to-day tasks.
