As a member of the Communication Department at New Holland headquarters, I lead all digital marketing initiatives, encompassing global strategies across the internet, social media, and mobile platforms with a Glocal approach.Key projects I spearhead include:1. New Holland Digital Strategy- Overseeing mobile channels, applications, and social network channels, establishing worldwide guidelines, and monitoring the digital landscape.2. Digital Customer Journey- Collaborating with various departments to design customer experience programs, leveraging KPIs and personas to optimize digital touchpoints and engage end customers and dealers through mobile apps, web portals, and more.3. CRM and Lead Generation- Focusing on customer services, loyalty programs, and CRM integration to create a seamless digital experience across New Holland\'s global presence, including configurators, e-commerce platforms, and CRM databases.4. Digital Asset Management- Defining and managing New Holland\'s DAM system on a global scale, integrating existing systems, migrating assets, and tailoring content for external stakeholders like dealers.5. Monitoring and Listening- Harmonizing digital monitoring tools, social analytics, and listening platforms to drive strategic direction based on key performance indicators.6. Innovation- Exploring emerging technologies such as IoT, AR, and VR to enhance client experiences and increase brand awareness.I am passionate about leveraging digital solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement while staying at the forefront of technological innovation.
