Lead marketing strategy and execution for Valor Hospitality, Cuckoo’s largest client, with a portfolio of 36 hotels and 26 destination brands across the UK- Financial tracking, budget and retainer management, quoting, invoicing, forecasting and reporting- Manage a team of three, providing training, PDPs and performance support, workload management- Deliver end-to-end project management across digital, print, content creation, web development, social media, email marketing and targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences- Developed five new restaurant brands, overseeing naming, branding, web development and launch campaigns- Led the rebrand of 14 leisure clubs, ensuring smooth transitions and enhanced customer journeys- Produced a wide range of print marketing materials including brochures, menus, business cards, event collateral and large-format print- Delivered integrated campaigns using platforms like HubSpot andWordPress, including paid social, PPC and email marketing using creatives developed from concept designs- Organised workshops and training for clients on marketing tools and strategy- Contributed to internal business development, agency marketing and team culture initiatives.Award: Forever Manchester Small Business Supporter of the Year 2025. I was part of fundraising events throughout the year and supported the charity with their digital marketing and their website development.
