ABOUT FRANCESCA PONCHIELLI

I currently lead the communication and marketing agency Vitamina Studio, where I hold a dual role as Head of Production and Head of Marketing. I oversee all operational, managerial, and strategic activities across departments: from project management to performance marketing, branding to social strategy. My approach is rooted in an integrated vision that aligns creativity, technology, and measurable results. Alongside this role, I continue to work as a freelance Strategist and AI Consultant, helping B2B and B2C companies design their omnichannel strategies and innovate processes through the strategic use of generative AI. I\'m certified in Prompt Engineering, Google Project Management, and AI for Marketing, with solid experience in podcast production and branded content. In recent years, I’ve worked with organizations such as Würth Italia, Radio Activa Plus, and the Activa Group, leading digital marketing projects, content strategies, and AI-driven positioning. I’ve also taught university courses and developed training modules focused on branded podcasts and business-oriented storytelling.
