Planning and implementing internal, external and project communications for employees, customers and stakeholders at OSJCT, which runs over 60 care homes for older people. • Interviewing residents, employees and volunteers about their experience living or working in OSJCT care homes or services, for case studies, press releases, website and magazine articles.• Devising and delivering communications plans for internal business change, to prepare, inform and reassure those affected.• Coordinating, editing and mailing out a bi-weekly employees email newsletter to deliver important organisational announcements, project updates, wellbeing information and positive news stories.• Proactive media outreach to promote positives stories in the media about the experience of care home residents, employees and partners.• Preparing and managing timely media responses in the event of negative or crisis incidents at the Trust.
