Maximo, using system to procure all IT equipment, hardware, Software, Licences Etc.• Reporting to IT Manager.• Expediting• Maintain budgets, maintaining purchasing records against budget.• Dealing with various internal departments, i.e. Finance, Offshore, Supply Chain, and external 3rd Party.• Raising accurate and detailed purchase orders.• Ensuring all invoices received and correctly allocated to the correct budget.• Managing account queries and disputed invoices, liaising with vendors, supply chain & finance.• Backfill for Change Manager.• Backfill for Major Incident Manager.• Account manager for Mobile devices.• Creating new AFE’s within Maximo.• Setting up new vendors within Maximo.• Maintaining records to enable monthly reconciling of all ONE Card purchases to the correct IS budgets.
