At Teleos, we strive to embody emotional and social intelligence, and bring support and caring as we challenge individuals, and systems, to reach high standards of behavior while finding their own \"teleos.\" My purpose in life is to help leaders create resonant work environments where people want to, and can, bring their best, grow and contribute fully. Together we can innovate, invent, refine, serve and create great things for humanity. I believe in honest communication, high standards and getting results through relationships characterized by ethical use of power, collaboration and contribution to others. I know people can grow, thrive and change…when they want to.Concretely, I help systems through cultural analysis, leadership development, change agent skills development, and group retreats from teams to extended organizations of 100s of people. My goal is to help clarity of purpose, dialogue and debate, and organic design of new solutions that work for each system - a blend of strategy, leadership and culture with growth and results as the goal. With close to 20 years of experience, I have lots to draw on.In my CEO role, I am interested in growing our firm in smart and sustainable ways; maintaining our high client service standard, and innovation in management consulting. I am responsible to our board for leading the firm toward the future.
