For three decades she has been enabling people to live vibrant lives and overcome any obstacles that inevitably come when taking on big commitments. her passion is to look beyond the obvious, take a systemic view and create movement in spaces of inertia.Shirley is Founder and CEO of Shirley McAlpine & Associates, created to expand the reach and impact of her work, and provide a beacon of hope for people looking to rebuild organizations, shift systems, and create inclusive and equitable cultures. Our services span across the US, UK, Europe, and Africa, helping organizations and individuals not only succeed but thrive.She has a particular passion for working with women and senior leaders to challenge the systems of oppression that impede equality and people\'s ability to thrive including the critical importance of our health and well being.
