Responsibilities: • Production Control based on 5M (Man, Machine, Material, Method & Money). • Achieving daily production target by maintaining SQDCM ideology.• Implements Lean manufacturing tools for process waste elimination and quality product. • Process balancing and efficiency up by identifying bottlenecks and root causes of process.• Coordinates with procurement for monthly consumable items (Supply chain activities).• Section wise purchased items inventory control for eliminating unnecessary inventory costs. • Control and minimize production per unit cost based on continuous improvement tool PDCA.• Prepare and review total production (12 sections) budget as a person in-charge (PIC) Quarterly and Yearly with the aid of each section leader.• Analyze each month Budget Vs Actual variances by 5W2H for identifying the root causes for future references to avoid repeating those issues. Sub- Project Leader (SPL):Duration: 1st Jul-2022 to -15th May-2023In addition to the regular responsibilities, I had worked as a sub-project leader (SPL) for BHL Factory expansion, Capacity up, New line set up, New machineries installment and New model development since 1st July- 2022, where I was taken care of total investment budget: planning, managing and control budgets for a successful project completion within forecasted budgets.Works: Developed a Problem Solving and/ Quality control tool based on Lean tool PDCA.
