Increased the productivity of the Forging Line about 30% by the implementation of the tack-time program and a new cultural way of working of the shop based on results. • Increased the amount of trained and qualified blacksmiths in the shop with the development of the on-the-shop-training program. • Reduced the corrective machine stops by maintenance via the Preventive Maintenance Schedule designed for each main equipment• Product Development parts increased their on-time trial scheduling from 50% to 85% due to the new program controls implemented, this also helped to reduce machine\'s delays during the changes of the NPI and Production products. • Forging\'s DART indicator got improved from 1.16 in 2017 to 0.44 ytd in 2018 as we set several actions in the plant, visual improvements, training, preventive actions, and a weekly 5s follow.• Quality related to operation\'s procedures presented also an improvement about 40% in Non-Conformance Request to Customer as the Scrap Rate also have a better behavior as we reduced 25% of it from 2017 to 2018.
