As a leadership & development consultant and FUSE Executive Fellow, I help organizations cultivate mindful, inclusive cultures where people thrive. I design and lead interactive training programs that blend storytelling, values-based communication, team dynamics and mindfulness to foster innovation, trust and meaningful collaboration.In a recent 8-week mindfulness and stress-management program for a large organization, participants’ self-rated understanding of mindfulness jumped from 2.9/5 before the program to 4.5/5 afterwards. Over 90% said they would recommend the course and most reported feeling better equipped to manage stress.
