Flexserv becomes the in-house accounting and HR for our clients. Our professional staff include bookkeepers, controllers and HR professionals who work on an ongoing, long term basis, according to each client’s unique needs. Our clients come to see us as integral members of their team. We will completely automate the internal accounting and provide the staff to run it - at very reasonable rates! We manage and process all of the invoicing, payables, payroll, reconciliations and more. We’ll create budgets, report on financials, design and implement financial controls and work with you, your external accountant, the bank, Canada Revenue Agency and all other stakeholders. We can provide cost-effective technology to create a completely paperless environment, maximizing the efficiency of the accounting function. For HR, we provide HR Policy, recruiting (at dramatically reduced prices), performance management, benefits selection and admin, employee relations, compensation and rewards, development and training, health & safety and much more! Our accounting clients range in size from small to 70 staff. Our HR clients include these and larger organizations as our recruiting services can\'t be beat!We save our clients time and money, enabling them to focus more on their organization’s core strategic objectives and driving value in their organizations.
