Summary: Throughout my tenure at Indeed I have led Program Managers, Business Intelligence Analysts and Business Analysts. Generally, my team focused on supporting Indeed’s global sales organization through identifying valuable leads to be enriched and routed to hundreds of reps. Teams secured strategic alignments across organizations, set up MVP processes and built requirements to partially or fully automate solutions. Major achievements- Built a pipeline to connect sales to prospective clients and increase Indeed’s international competitive positioning. Established and hit our goal to have >90% CRM penetration in our priority markets- Built a custom testing framework to support lead routing experimentation with the sales acquisition teams. Proposed and designed >40 tests and supplemented sales’ rep books throughout the COVID pandemic- Created a complex, contractor-powered process from the ground up to enable a new mid-market sales acquisition team. Scaled to 20 markets globally and enabled 100+ reps to achieve revenue targets and deliver upwards of $40M in revenue- Transformed the Business Intelligence team by implementing an agile framework, increasing effectiveness and delivering incremental value faster- Mentored and coached people through career pivots, successfully transitioning generalists to specialized technical roles and program roles.
