I proposed and implemented adequate software and hardware enhancements to customers such as AIRBUS, VRIGIN ATLANTIC, BMI, MONARCH. I improved systems resilience, realtime ground to inflight cockpit citrical datalink reliability and quality while consistently meeting 99.99% ontime performance for all company services on a 24Hr/365 days basis around the globe.
