As Proposal Management Executive at NTT DATA DACH (Germany, Switzerland & Austria), I am responsible for driving the strategic direction and efficiency of the proposal management process, with the primary goal of increasing our win rate and ensuring a more streamlined and effective approach to RFPs. I focus on analyzing and optimizing existing processes for developing proposals, ensuring they meet both client needs and NTT DATA’s standards for excellence.In this role, I work closely with senior leadership to align proposal efforts with company strategy and client expectations, and oversee the presentation and contracting of proposals to key stakeholders, including C-level executives. Additionally, I lead the development of winning proposal strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, and technical departments to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.Key responsibilities include:• Analyzing and optimizing proposal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to craft compelling and competitive proposals.• Leading the development of proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.• Overseeing the presentation of proposals to senior leadership and key clients.• Managing proposal timelines, resources, and budgets, and leading negotiations with clients and partners.• Developing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the proposal team.In this capacity, I aim to strengthen our position in the market, ensure client-centric solutions, and drive the growth of NTT DATA’s business in the Insurance & Banking sectors.
