ABOUT FIONN DOHENY

I have over 25 years of working experience in the construction industry and of these, 2 years CapEx Portfolio manager, 10 years as an Engineering project manager directly in FMCG companies on CapEx projects, 13 years in pharmaceutical consultancy work. I\'m currently working in the pharmaceutical sector and have the pleasure of working with LEO Pharma, Dublin as their CapEx Portfolio Snr mgr. In 2019/2020 I looked after a Projects team of over 20 Pm\'s and we covered over 68m worth of projects on the LEO pharma facility. To mention a few, these included: Project Tuba (30m) a new bulk manufacturing facility, a new high-speed packaging line including aggeration (9m), Utility Capacity program (10m) increasing most utility capacities by 25%, new Steris washer/dryer for the bulk facility (4m). My team also supports new product innovations and the implementation process from initial trials to full-scale commercial installations. I’ve successfully managed and delivered a wide variety of projects of all scales & nature during this time. The last 8 years I’ve had the pleasure to work with Diageo PLC on their ISC Engineering Projects team on CapEx projects on a full-time basis and I previously worked through my own Civil/Structural consultancy firm to Diageo and pharmaceutical companies from 2002, completing many turn-key projects. Prior to this, I have had hands-on experience working on sites with some of Irelands best-contracting companies. In Project management, I have an excellent track record for project delivery; on budget, and on the program from concept thru to project completion. I have an excellent H&S past, recently completing a very intense project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) role on a new Whiskey distillery. I am a highly confident individual and my past roles have always required a high degree of professionalism, confidently and ability to communicate at all levels, I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multitask with a very positive and flexible attitude. I am a proactive team member, who can also work independently and I always aim to go above and beyond my set goals to ensure projects are delivered to world-class standards. I have a good friendly working relationship with colleagues and looking for a fresh start in a good work environment.
