As the Director of Learning and Development at CSA (SERVICES) LTD, I lead and manage the design and delivery of high-quality, professional, and affordable training solutions for our member companies in the credit services industry. With over 30 years of business experience and multiple credentials in psychometric testing, performance coaching, and health and safety, I have a proven track record of achieving growth and quality objectives in learning and education.I am passionate about helping businesses and organisations to grow and succeed by developing their management and leadership capabilities, providing expert advice and guidance on the apprenticeship levy and the design and delivery of apprenticeships from Level 2 to 6, and maintaining and developing relationships with a range of industry stakeholders and educational bodies. I have successfully established the CSA as an Apprenticeship Training Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers, specialising in regulatory risk and compliance, collections and debt advice, and counter fraud investigation. My mission is to create a supportive yet challenging environment that allows managers to enhance their skills, release their potential, and build their confidence.
