Working within the University\'s Employer Engagement team to lead the creation, administration and organisation of their very first Professional Mentoring Programme. Providing the training and development of mentors and mentees, and playing a lead role in supporting the matching of mentors with mentees. I am responsible for a programme of events and networking activities for all participants. I provide the annual review of the programme, making recommendations for its future development, and implementing these.
