So my aim is to help SME owners to master their finances and make the right decisions for their business success.For me, helping you master your business finances is about you building the \'best\' business for you.\'Best\' will mean different things to different people. For some,\'best\' means achieving a Richard Branson level of success, but for others it means having a business that provides them enough income, and time, to do their favourite hobby.Whatever your business aspirations I aim to help you fulfil them.I do this by taking the time to understand your business and what you, the business owner, want to accomplish. I then give you the information you need to run your business effectively - in a way you can use and understand.In this way you can start mastering your business finances.We may start by helping you to create a robust plan which matches your aspirations for your business with your life goals. The planning process is great for helping you to make decisions about the future based on what is important to YOU.Putting numbers to this plan will then enable us to guage how well the business is performing against the plan because we will have a clear context for the results. Regular management information is key to assessing whether your business is on track.Most SME owners will then want monthly meetings to talk over how things are going and to have help with making those key decisions on how their business should move forward - and, of course, a sounding board during the month as important developments occur.
