As you can see I have many years working in customer focussed roles and I thrive on building relationships and ensuring outstanding service (I’ve even had awards to prove it from Durham University). Most of my experience is in the design and print industry when juggling several projects at one time is the norm and liaising with different departments to ensure things happen becomes second nature. Having strong organisational and administrative skills has always been a major contributor to the success of my roles.
