As the SME Analyst for the Build and Delivery teams, I leverage my expertise in analytics and infrastructure reporting to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights. My key responsibilities include:• Optimising Reporting Systems: Enhancing Jira reporting and systems to improve efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and address data integrity challenges.• Power BI Development: Designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards to provide senior leadership with clear visibility of strategic KPIs across multiple workstreams.• Data Integration & Project Alignment: Aggregating data from Jira, Salesforce, and Pipedrive to deliver a comprehensive and accurate view of project delivery, ensuring alignment across project management and operational teams.• Financial Reporting: Developing cross-departmental financial reports to track current and forecasted spend while providing comprehensive revenue recognition insights.This role empowers me to bridge the gap between technical data reporting and strategic decision-making, contributing to Wifinity\'s continued success and growth.
