Build up an aquaculture and supply chain, and business development expertise, to supply seaweed products into UK supermarkets and international markets at scale. Experience and expertise in aquaculture and uses for a number of native seaweed species. Product innovation in seaweed included first-to-market with a range of seaweed seasonings and ingredients. Won multiple awards and numerous media appearances. including: Great Taste (3 Stars); Scotland Food and Drink awards; Runner Up, Best Producer, BBC Food & Farming Award; Winner, Crown Estate Aquaculture Innovation Award,(2016); UK Food and Drink Fed Special Commendation.
