Currently, as an Senior Account Manager & Sales Development Manager at Softcat, a FTSE 250 company and #1 rated IT Reseller in the UK, I am responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients ranging from SMB to Enterprise, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs and business goals. I have been working at Softcat for over three years and have worked my way up from my Sales Apprentice position, to now a fully fledged Senior Account Manager & Sales Development Manager, where I now lead and nurture the new talent coming through the business whilst also achieving my own personal targets and KPI’s.
