Heidelberg, DE

Collaborated with physicists and engineers at Curie Institute and ESPCI (France) to design and apply a magnetic bead rheological assay coupled to molecular optogenetic crosslinkers of scalable lengths- Developed three high-throughput pipelines combining optogenetics and automated high-resolution microscopy to extract ~20 different morphodynamic parameters from fibroblasts, epithelial 3D cultures, and carcinosarcoma migratory cells- Performed material characterization of CRISPR spectrin knockouts with atomic force microscopy and a portable magnetic bead assay for live surface thickness measurements- Supervised one MSc project on the mechanics and adhesion of spectrin knockouts- Presented work in several interdisciplinary international conferences and to collaborating labs.
