I am a Supply Chain and Planning professional with over 8 years of experience in demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimisation across manufacturing and retail environments.In my current role at Brompton Bicycle, I lead a team of planners responsible for aligning demand forecasts, production planning and inventory strategy across global operations. My work focuses on improving supply chain visibility and decision-making by combining planning expertise with data tools and automation.I have led several initiatives to strengthen supply planning processes, including the development of reporting tools to improve inventory visibility across warehouses and support more effective purchasing decisions. I also work closely with engineering and operations teams to address slow-moving inventory and identify opportunities to repurpose excess components into new production programmes.More recently, I have been involved in the implementation and optimisation of several planning systems across the business. This includes supporting the rollout of FrePPLe alongside NetSuite ERP to strengthen distribution planning, supply allocation and forecasting visibility. In parallel, I am contributing to the transition of purchasing processes into the INFOR CSI MRP system, helping move from manual ordering towards a more system-driven replenishment approach.
