I work closely with industry leaders and HR professionals to drive thought leadership, policy development, and professional growth within the HR community.Key Responsibilities & Contributions: • Strategic Leadership & Governance – Influence and shape the organization’s direction, ensuring alignment with evolving HR trends and member needs. • Industry Advocacy & Research – Stay at the forefront of HR research and policy developments, ensuring members have access to the latest insights and best practices. • Public Engagement & Thought Leadership – Represent the association in debates, panel discussions, and professional forums, advocating for advancements in HR practices. • Community & Membership Growth – Drive initiatives that foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment among HR professionals across industries.Through this role, I actively contribute to strengthening HR development, research, and influence in Sweden, ensuring that professionals stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
