ABOUT DAN FIELDING
Dan is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Ashurst. Dan advises on a wide range of Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Real Estate and Real Estate Finance transactions with a focus on acting for funds and developers on the acquisition, disposal and financing of logistics, grocery, digital infrastructure and life science assets. Dan has experience in Real Estate corporate structuring including the establishment of REITs and cross-jurisdictional restructuring; and continues to act for both landlords and tenants on lettings and asset management matters in respect of logistics, retail and office properties.Dan has previously spent 12 months on secondment with the Real Estate Equity team at ICG; and 6 months on secondment with the Commercial Real Estate team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a Law graduate from the University of Leeds, Dan gained a Master\'s Degree in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law.
