I am a Designer and Group Facilitator since working in various sectors ranging from small businesses to large corporations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and communities.My passion lies in supporting teams and communities through dialogue and facilitation. Along my journey, I have been expanding my expertise in areas such as Enneagram, Coaching, and Horizontal Leadership. At Selkirk College in Canada, I earned my diploma in Peace & Justice Studies, focusing on building cultures of peace through conflict analysis and transformation.I am a Co-Founder of Aprendix in 2003, which became Aprendix.Global in 2015 when I moved with spouse and two sons to Canada. In Canada I am Co-Founder of Flow Ahead, working with clients Canada, the United States, and various countries including Brazil. As an active member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) I currently serves as President of IAF Brazil, the largest chapter in Latin America.Looking for intense contact with Nature and the Outdoors, I live with my family in Nelson, a small community nested in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, Canada.
