ABOUT SAIMA NASIM

Trainer, Mediator, and Facilitator and Founder of Moeen, specializing in addressing cultural and religious sensitivities in conflict resolution. Leading training sessions with The National Conflict Resolution Center, working with a diverse range of clients, including executives, HR professionals, staff, landlords, students, and more. As a facilitator, my focus is on resolving cultural and religious conflicts, fostering dialogue and reconciliation across differences, and navigating polarized relationships during times of tension. As a facilitator with UFacilitate, I conduct dialogues and workshops across the globe. I have had the honor to be invited as a guest speaker at UCSD (University of California San Diego) and USD (University of San Diego).My passion for this work is rooted in my experience as an active community organizer, serving on multiple nonprofit boards and leading initiatives that address the challenges to growth. My core approach to is to facilitate the process of empowerment for individuals and groups through the resolution process, building relationships and driving positive change both at the interpersonal and organizational levels.
